Intended Use :

To achieve high yield and quality production, it is necessary to keep the wheat husk mixture in the flour at an optimal level during the milling process. For this, the fragile husk needs to transform into an elastic structure, while the elastic endosperm needs to transform into a fragile one. By using this machine, with the water given for tempering the wheat, it ensures thorough mixing of the wheat, allowing the water to enter the wheat husk during the process.
