Intended Use :

In flour and semolina mills, one of the most critical processes that directly affects production efficiency, milling quality, and product standardization is the tempering process. Tempering is the process of moistening wheat with water before it is conditioned at a specific time and temperature. The required amount of water for tempering is calculated based on the type of wheat, its initial moisture content, and the targeted final moisture level. To ensure that the calculated amount of water is delivered accurately, precisely, and in a controlled manner, flow meters (debimeters) are used. For this purpose, flow meters are considered an essential component of tempering systems.
