
Intended Use :
It is used in flour and semolina mills. In the grinding sections, the products coming from filters or bran brushes contain moist and sticky flour dust. These particles, along with the semolina and bran they adhere to, are carried to the rollers and sieves. In the rollers, they disrupt the product feeding flow system by affecting the feeding rollers, reducing the efficiency of the rollers. When they reach the sieves, their sticky nature clogs the mesh of the silk screens, decreasing the effectiveness of the sieving process. As a result, there is a loss in yield and a decrease in the quality of the flour or semolina produced. By using these machines, the sticky products are directly removed from the system, eliminating the negative effects on rollers and sieves. This leads to higher yields and improved flour quality.
